Q. Do I have a colour choice?
A. Yes. Pick the colours you would like through the online shopping cart.

Q. Can I wash my bag if it gets dirty?
A. Absolutely. It can be safely washed in warm water with a mild soap and dried on the clothes line. This will not harm the bag and the washing will not cause the bag to deteriorate.

Q. Are the bags shower proof?

A. Yes. Actually they are waterproof to a degree. The waterproofing is part of the material manufacturing process and will not deteriorate with age or washing. But that doesn't mean you can take it for a swim!

Q. How strong are the zips?
A. We now use heavy duty metal coil zips, made for us in New Zealand, that will take 115+ kg load.

Q. Is my bag going to last?
A. Yes. In fact we put a 3 year guarantee on them. Our bags are made from extremely durable 1,000 denier Cordura. All stitching is done using a high tensile bonded Nylon thread. Straps are stitched securely to the bag, all seams are bound, double stitched. We have one bag that is going into its 7th year of school life and still looks good.

Q. How much is postage?
A. $5.50 to anywhere in New Zealand. International rates vary depending upon destination.

Q. How long do they take to make?
A. This depends entirely upon the number of orders we are processing at once. We are busiest during holiday periods, but generally orders take about 5 days to process.

Q. Will my bag fit a preschooler?
A. Yes. The straps are attached on the top, centre of the bag down to the outside of the base of the bag.
